Returns & Refunds

01. Standard Return Window

At Mayview Health, most non-clinical items can be returned within 7 to 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all tags and BMDU-verified invoices intact.

02. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions

Due to medical safety regulations, the following items are Non-Returnable once the manufacturer's seal is broken:

  • CPAP/BiPAP Masks & Headgear
  • Sterilized Surgical Consumables
  • Respiratory Tubing and Humidifier Chambers

03. Damaged or Faulty Items

If a vendor ships a defective product, Mayview Health provides a 48-hour reporting window. Vendors are obligated to provide a full replacement or a 100% refund after BMDU's quality team reviews the photographic evidence.

04. Payout & Timeline

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Typically, once the vendor receives the return, the credit will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.
